Technical Support Representative – Digital Products & Networking (STEM)
A+ STEM Labs is a pioneer in developing portable, turn-key, integrated technology solutions that allow teachers to present STEM-related lessons (science, technology, engineering & math) in ways that excite and engage students. We are looking for a talented and technically skilled “people person” who enjoys working with clients and is proud of his/her ability to provide superior customer service. Responsibilities will include providing both pre and post-sale Tier 1-2 level support to include the installation, troubleshooting, servicing and project management of A+ STEM Labs. Testing and replicating hardware and software networking and application issues. Installing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, resolving and repairing hardware, network, computers and related software. This position requires travel to the 5 Burroughs of NYC, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
A+, Networking+, CCNA, MCSE, MCP certification preferred but not required.
